hair replacer mod

Hello,

I instal mod "Shiva's Vanilla Hair Replacer" from nexus with facegen for npc. Everything worked fine. Then I installed some mods with new npc and gray face appear. Then I use instructions from mod author in this video:

and for some mods it works (Immersive Patrols, Expanded Towns and Cities, Inconsequential NPCs). But for some it do not work (Interesting NPCs, Diverse skyrim, Jobs Of Skyrim). So I ask: What am I doing wrong?? Thanks for every advice.
