Cyberweasel89
Nope. Didn't work. It seems to have saved it to the same location, though. Which means it's not recognizing my other saves, for some reason...
Cyberweasel89
Wait... no, it's not being saved to the same location. It's saving my files and loading my saves from the wrong folder. How do I change the folder it saves and loads to and from?
viennacalling
I don't know. Where were the old saves stored, and where are the new saves going?
Cyberweasel89
The old saves were stored in "C:/Users/(Me)/My Documents/My Games/FalloutNV/Saves", now they're being stored in "C:/Users/(my father)/My Documents/My Games/FalloutNV/Saves". viennacalling
That sounds like you are running Steam and New Vegas while signed into his Windows account. Signing in as you and running New Vegas should use the saves from your My Documents folder. If it doesn't then the only thing left I can think of is to copy your saves over into his Save folder. Cyberweasel89
Hm... Strange... It fixed itself. I think it's because my twin brother signed on to his screen name, then I signed back in to mine. Thanks for all the help. I'll let you know if anything else comes up. Now I can continue Unknown Origins. :)
