CTD in levels 15 above (SKYRIM LE)

Hi! just like to ask for help in my problem i have like 79 mods installed right now for some reason, in mid playthrough like when i reach levels of 15 or above i get constant CTD's its frustrating

 

here are some of the things i did before starting this playthrough:

 

~Used LOOT

~haven't cleaned my masterfiles though (is it alright to clean it mid playthrough?)

~followed most of the mods instructions avoided incompatibilites
