vikka98
Hi I've been trying to fix this for a couple of hours without luck. The game runs solid 90 fps on highest settings, but when i look around the frame of the game feels very pixelated, aswell as the game flashing. Starting a new game the carriage jumps all the time and, the more i look around in game, the more the carriage jumps. I am currently running a gtx 1070, AMD ryzen 7 2700X eight core3.7 GHz, 16gb ram 3200GHz I did have some mods, but i uninstalled all of them and even unistalled NMM. then uninstalled Skyrim. reinstalled, verify game cashe, launch game... still the same problem. Next day. uninstall. deleted all filed related to skyrim. So the (C:\Users\vikka\Documents\My Games\Skyrim) gone. the (C:\Users\vikka\AppData\Roaming/skyrim) gone. Reinstall... Same problem Day 3. Delete; low, medium high and veryhigh from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim verify game verify gamefiles launch. same problem. and thats where im am currently at. Also I tried to not have either Dawnguard, Dragonborn or Hearthfire installed just to see.. did not work, also did not see any reason but whatever. Thx in advance, have a nice day
talen55
First problem, the carrage scene is Heavily bugged, try start a new life, its a mod that skips the starting scene and the bugs included in it.

wfandrews
Is your fps capped at 60fps? This is the usual cause of the opening scene going nuts. Skyrim's engine was designed to run at around 30 or 40 fps; anything over 60 fps causes the engine to go nuts. You get mammoths falling out of the sky and other weird effects.
