Newbee looking for a mesh folder name

Having discovered a nocturnal outfit mod that replaces fineclothes2 I was all set to dress up all pretty for the diplomatic immunity quest.... only to be told I have to wear something specific :(

 

I'd like to replace the diplomatic party clothes with the ones I want. The tutorial suggests that I just need to copypasta to the correctly named folder. but I was unable to find the party clothes in the meshes bsa.

 

Please tell me where the diplomatic immunity quest's party clothes are hiding so I can rename the mods fineclothes02 folder.

From the MQ201PartyOutfit and MQ201PartyBoots armor entry the folder path is:

Clothes\FineClothes02\Boots_GO.nif

Clothes\FineClothes02\Body_GO.nif

 

so that would be Meshes\Clothes\FineClothes02\ and Textures\Clothes\FineClothes02\

 

If there is no directory named that then create one.

The problem is, that the **_go.nif files are only the ground/inventory meshes the actual clothes worn in game are the full versions of fineclothes02.

 

Oh, and the texture directory for them is actually called fineclothes03 (yeah, that must have been a caffeine free day at Bethesda)

I think I needed more caffeine too... the mod I was using changed fineclothes2... so it changed the party clothes already. I didn't find out til after I'd posted this thread, but would have if I hadn't stopped to 'figure' it out.

 

Some exclusivity with the nocturnal dress at that party would have been nice. But I guess my Dovahkin will just have to be jealous that the other women make it look good.
