Weapons mod works for me, invisible for a friend

Just completed my collection of God Daedric Weapons and pretty pleased I am for a first try. Everything works perfectly, new textures look great in inventory, 1st and 3rd person. I sent the files meshes, textures and the .esp file to a friend and she installed them correctly but she says they are invisible. She can console them and have them but not see them. I have no idea why this mod is perfect for me but not for her. Only reason I can think of is she uses a laptop and low settings even though she has Bethesda's HD Hi-res packs installed.

Any help greatly appreciated.
