Runtime Error!

So I am running about 139 mods and everytime I start a new game I get this CTD error.

 

From the Runtime Library Window?

 

It specifically states:

 

Program...)steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\FalloutNV.exe

 

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusal way.

WTF! I did a clean re-install and installed mods I thought wouldn't conflict with each other. If anyone has any input or eperienced this before, can you give me some helpful feedback? I'm running windows ultimate 64 bit and here is a copy of my load order. I also have a GTX 680 dual graphics card.
