NPC Focus

So i cant seem to find the mod thats causing it for whatfor, but im having a concurring problem. My skyrim character seems to always focus on any NPC in first and in third. First person is where the problem lies, when he does this it moves my weapons as well in the direction my npc is looking and the camera in which direction I see is different then the direction my chartacters face is facing and its getting really annoying bec my weapons are front and center on my screen.

Try posting your load order and somebody might be able to find the mod that's causing it. Although to me it sounds like it might be the Player Headtracking mod.
