[Help] CTD in Gallows Rock during "The Silver Hand"

I make it until after I kill Krev the Skinner - but everytime I try to move out of the room / randomly after a short amount of time, the game crashes to desktop.
Can't make it out of the dungeon - older savegames (for example one I made before entering the underforge at the start of the quest) still work (had one opened for around an hour earlier today to check if it would crash, too).

Anyone got an idea?
I checked everything that came to mind - mods altering the dungeon / mods altering werewolves/encountered loot and their order.

Can't seem to find the culprit. :/

I did uninstall two mods two days ago though (on the same playthrough): JoyOfPerspective and Belt fastened quivers. Didn't give me any problems though - and as said, other savegames do work.
