Question RE: SKSE, Script Dragon, and 1.6

I know SKSE needs to be updated to run with 1.6 (and it appears as though it already has been updated), but I'm not clear if Script Dragon needs to be updated as well?

I don't have SD and I can run SKSE just fine...

Really? :/ Whenever I try to run the SKSE.exe without the SD .dll, it tells me I NEED it. Then with it, it gives me the version error. What version of Skyrim are you using? Steam or stand-alone?

I have the legal version, if that's what you're asking. Version 1.6.87.0, the latest beta. Are you sure that you're using the correct file? I don't have an "SKSE.exe". SKSE comes with "skse_loader.exe"...

I've never even downloaded Script Dragon before, but I heard that it's supposed to hook into the game during run-time in order to work, same as SKSE. Perhaps your "SKSE.exe" is something from your installation of Script Dragon, to make the two compatible?

if you use ihud as i do then thats the issue as it requires both SKSE and SD to run there is an SKSE for the 1.6 beta but we're f***ed till the SD author gets his finger out and does a patch

If you're that cussin worried about it, do it yourself. People actually have lives; they do this for free, and might have better things to do than cuss around with a video game. However, I will say that I really hope that the SD author or a similarly skilled individual will update SD.
