Problems casting spells in first person upwards

I'm having a really weird problem that I don't know what might be caused by. So at certain angles towards the sky, in first person, it seems like there's some sort of invisible wall in front of my character so when I cast spells they impact on this invisible whatever immediately. It's annoying and makes my castings a waste. This is especially noticeable in dragon fights because you need to fire upwards. This does NOT happen in third person, ONLY in FIRST person.

Well, that was fast. I figured out the culprit. It's wet and cold, as soon as I disable it with MCM, it stops happening. Too bad, it's a nice mod that provides immersion to the game.
