Dungeons, sanctuaries, caves, etc. problems

One example is that Alftand place for the Lexicon; trying to find the Elder Scroll. The first part is completely fine, but when I enter the second part, every thing is gone. I'm floating somewhere, and I have to TCL command just to move. So While I use the tcl, I end up being in the place I entered. Trying to get pics right now. Another one is the DB Sanctuary, I enter the Sanctuary and sometimes EVERYTHING falls to the ground and the walls and floors are gone. after in a state like that for some time, my game crashes. One last example is the Dawnstar sanctuary, but it doesn't really do much problems. I enter the place and everything's fine, until I keep moving forward, and everything is gone in one side. I approach it, then it's back. But the place I was on is now gone etc.

I'll try to get pictures.

The problem is caused by a combination of mods that altered cells, now this can vary from mods that add a new housing, replace existing cells, and even mod that add sound and alter lighting. The way I fixed it was that I removed any unncessary custom player home mods that I had (I had like 10 custom houses that I never really used). Some examples of these mods could be Sounds of Skyrim, The Asteria, Dovahkiin's Hideout, Deus Mons, but they are not the culprit, however they might conflict with each other in SOME way. In the end, it's up to Bethesda to fix this, what you can try to do now is to remove some mods relating to alternation of a cell/area.

Thanks,

Btw, If you can tell me which of these mods are ones causing the problems, can you point out which ones?:
