Smiths/Mages that can be hired to improve your items,etc.

While playing skyrim for like, 3 months now, Skyrim never had a service for smith or mages that improve your items.

Imagine,if you're a warrior,you cant just enchant a Steel Shield with an enchantment (Let's say,resist Shock) better than an Iron Shield of Resist shock.

Ofcourse, the more higher the skill of a smith in smithing,the more better the improvement does

Also with the mage, the more higher the skill the mage possess in enchantment,the more better the improvement does

Like (the prices are only an example though):

Smith

Steel Armor -> Steel Armor (Fine) = 250g

Steel Armor -> Steel Armor (Legendary) = 1000g

*If possible, if you have the items that are required to improve them,like steel ingots for steel sword,it may decrease depending on the items offered.

Ex. Steel Sword -> Improvement = 100 - 20 (Req. Item eg. Steel Ingot) = 80g

*Also, the smither CAN'T do a better improvement if his/her skills are not high enough, example is if the smith's skill is 35, the smith can't improve the Steel Armor rating higher than Fine

*The price may decrease if you had a Steel Armored that has improved to fine and want to improve it more to Flawless

Ex. Steel Armor (fine) -> Steel Armor (Legendary) = 1000-250 = 750g

<Edit> *If its ok,the more higher the smith's skill the more cheaper the improvement will be,depending on the choice of improvement, whilist the Legendary improve price will not be affected

Mages

Ring -> Soul Gem (You can provide (if possible) or choose which one you like to use) -> Enchantment = 150g for petty, 300g for lesser, 500g for common, 750g for greater, 1000g for grand and black soulgems

MULTIPLIED to the ten place of the mage skill to enchant (Example if he has 84 E. Skill,then the price would be multiplied to 8.4 then the price (example for petty) would be 1260g)

*If it's possible, if the soulgem is provided, the price would decrease 50% multiplied to the E. Skill

Ex. 150*0.50 = 75*8.4 = 630g

I hope you like this idea though :D and thanks anyway, i tried searching for topics like this but none have done a mod like this, so i think nexus modders have the skill

to do this :D.

Oh,and please, if you are lucky enough to find a mod like this idea,please share it with me ^^

And thanks for your time for reading this too :D.

Thanks again xD.
