[Mod Request] Remove Sentinals

Hi guys,

 

Would really appreciate it if someone would make a mod that removes Sentinals from the game, or at least reduce their likelihood of showing up.

I find it annoying to always have to watch out for them when harvesting materials. It is not a fun game mechanic, it is just annoying.
