FNV Redesigned Problem

I'm having trouble with getting FNV Redesigned's textures for females, the rest of the mod works fine and I've had no trouble with it. The body texture works fine but the hand texture doesn't seem to have changed at all. I also believe that the head texture has not changed since it's coloration doesn't match the body. I've uploaded several screenshots.

I've followed Dracomies instructions carefully and yet still the problem occurs. I have done archiveinvalidation and edited the ini files. I'm using Exeter's non-nude Type3 body which is the one that Dracomies links to in his instructions. I am using Enhanced Shaders but the hands and head still look different from the body even with it turned off.

 

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
