New Vegas Load Order?

I am having game crashes. I have not left Goodsprings yet, and just entered the store to sell some stuff and the game crashes upon entering buildings. If it does not crash I seem to be missing some interior textures. I have loaded NMCs High Res texture pack. I am using the nexus mod manager to launch with NVSE. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I purchased the game and am running it from Steam. My load order is copied below.

Running BOSS got me that load order but did also show this message:

−Unrecognised Plugins

Reorder these by hand using your favourite mod ordering utility.

So I tried using LOST, but when I try to run BOSS from that, it tells me "An Error was encountered: You have not installed BOSS for this game."

 

I am sure I have done something work, but not sure what. Please help.
