Deleted49413338User Posted July 28, 2018 Share Posted July 28, 2018 Is there a way to force the Mysterious Stranger to appear, like a console command that actually initiates his attack in vats, not just spawns the NPC? or, is there a chance percentage that can be increased in the records.
