Skyrim gift inventory crash

Hey so I have a problem currently where when I want to open a gift menu ( Giving children toys, give out a beer for a homeless person etc.) the game crashes, I dont really know why but I guess it is because of some mod not "installed correctly" on my save, since it only works on that one save game. I tried loading all of my mods on another unmodded save and then try opening some gift inventory and it worked completely fine, even though I have one or two mods that arent playable when they are installed later on into a playthrough.

 

I have a suspicion that it is either improved adoption, HearthfireMultiKid or both.
