SSE Infinite stamina out of combat.

I often play a mage character in skyrim, this means investing much in magic and usually not finding enough for stamina, this makes running around exploring or simply doing a quest extremely annoying since I also play with iHUD and it bugs me. I would give it a go but I'm not sure where to even begin with something like this, though I think it likely would require scripting which I have no experience in. I was hoping someone might pick this up and make a mod out of it. I would be very much grateful to whoever may pick this up.

There's a mod that revamps abilities for each of the races and redguards actually get a passive ability that let's them have infinite stamina out of combat.

I already had it installed actually but I rarely play as a redguard and wasn't aware of it. Many thanks.
