Having a bit of trouble! (animation delay)

Hi there all!

 

New(ish) to modding been playing with mods for a few months now. past few weeks ive been struggling to get Smokin' Sick Style (by elyees) for special edition working properly, specificly everything works absolutly fine in a clearing with no npcs or enemys around but as soon as theres any i get huge delays between the attack animation AND also a delay of the effect of the mod (sword swishs and all that.) which essentially makes it unuseable in combat. Ive never asked for help with mods just figured it out myself, so if theres any info im needing to provide lemmi know :smile:

I APOLOGIZE its not in priority order cant seem to work out how to export it ordered with MO XD

 

Everything is updated. Loot and FNIS is used. ive tryed cleaning saves with ReSaver. also all nessisary cleaning has been done with SEedit. Ive tried narrowing it down to which mods effect it but cant seem to find the culprit if it is a confliction. il try and think what else ive tryed but my brains abit fried right now XD hopefully someone can helps!!
