Automatron Power Armor Companions

With the Sentinel AI creation club release leaving something to be desired I found myself again thinking of the plan I came up with for the perfect power armor AI mod in the wake of Power Armor Autopilot and Patriot- Power Armor Companion. They all have the same basic idea but have large differences, and could benefit greatly from the inclusion of the automatron creation station system. I'd like to open dialogue my ideal daydream version of these mods to see if it's even viable and if anybody would be willing to give it a shot.

I see the ability to open the automatron station and, alongside modifying a bot or building a new one, creating an AI personality chip (instead of the chemistry bench). Instead of modifying a bot chassis, the only option is to name it and select a personality (Liberty Prime personality is practically my sole temptation for Sentinel, Autopilot is unvoiced and Patriot I give full credit for being originally voiced but it doesn't have the quality of existing vanilla robot voices), after which it spits the chip into your inventory. You can make and install as many as you like, much like you can make as many robots as you want. Telling one to travel with you takes up the companion slot, it can be downed like a companion but the armor pieces it wears are invulnerable (like Danse in function), and there is no airdrop function (that part seems like it'd be the most complex to make work in a consistent, lore-friendly way).
