jjb54
First - Do you have any mods that changed Whiterun? Second - How many graphic mods do you have?... Mods that enhance color, textures, weather, people, animals, etc...... Third - How many mods, in general do you have loading with Skyrim? Forth - Can your system handle that many mods? argininesy
Post your load order (sorted by LOOT). Have you cleaned the .esm files with SSEEdit? Have you uninstalled any mods mid-playthrough? Post your system specs. What's your gpu, memory capacities, etc.? What programs do you have running in the background? In my experience background processes can sometimes cause stutter. Same if not worse I agree, with the prior poster, share you LOAD LIST. But I'm bothered by something, your answer: >>>> Same if not worse .... Did you start a brand new game, without these? Because IF you started a new game w/out these and your game was " worse " ... then there is something wrong w/your core game. Possible corruption, your system, ... but it should NOT be worse by taking these out and starting a new game, UNLESS there is now something wrong with your core files / game. I turned vsync off and the break was gone but the stuttering might have been worse not sure about that. I tried with another copy of the game from the internet and i only had frame rate drops round 20-30 when i fixed that it went back to stuttering the steam version stutters i ll post my specs soon for you
