Character Presets Not Loading with F4SE

Hello,

 

I'm starting with a fresh game install with new game creation. I have been using the NMM to install all mods. I have Looks Menu installed along with F4SE (Fallout 4 runtime 1.10.106 - build: 0.6.11)

 

I have read previous posts concerning this issue and I have made sure that my load order has Looks Menu and all associated preset plug ins at the bottoms of load order. I have also confirmed file locations as follows.

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

f4se_1_10_106.dll

f4se_loader

f4se_steam_loader.dll

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE

f4ee.dll

f4ee.ini

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets

Has all my presets of .json files in it.

 

After I made sure I had all those files I have used the F4SE to start my game as suggested and my preset buttons remain greyed out and unable to use.

 

Thank you for any and all advice. I had truthfully extremely new to modding on PC.
