nexus mod manager crashes after game selection

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, and I have some problems with nexus mod manager at launch :

 

I have an official and updated Steam game, and it works well, no problem for this part.

 

last week, I decided to install mods via the Nexus mod manager, and installed it, no errors, and no problems at this point.

 

when I first launched the NMM, it asked me to scan for games, found my Fallout4 game, i ticked the green tick, it asked me for the NMM pathes, and then, i finally launched the NMM executable...but only the splash screen appears ("nexus mod manager beta", orange and white), and it failed to lauch...

I uninstalled and reinstalled the NMM many times, (v0.65.2-4-0-65, and even the Windows XP version), updated the .net frameworks, cleaned the folders etc...no way to make it lauch normally...

 

by the way, mys game is installed in a d:\ hard drive, as well as the NMM, and I have an admin account...

 

any help or ideas to make it work ?
