Disabling a Mod Leads to Crash

So I'm trying to uninstall HN66s long eyelashes in my game because I found another eye mod that suits me better. However when I uninstalled the mod and tried to load a save, my game crashed. Is there a way to fix this?

not really, as it might be possable that mod it being used, and is baked into the save. If you have the mod space, use both until you start a new game.
