CTD Skyrim SE (exact same load order as before but is crashing now)

Hello,

As mentioned in the title, i was using this load order and the game was running just fine. I'm someone that enjoys making new characters often, and upon making my latest one, i would crash whenever i enter riften, and afterwords the game would just crash regardless of where I was. I reset skyrim to a clean state, and reinstalled everything to see if it was just an issue of left over files, but no luck, everything crashes, even so when I create a new game. The crashes for the new game only happen when i leave the realm of lorkhan and spend a good few minutes roaming around. Here is my load order, sorted by vortex, then loot to see the issues in detail.

should i be really patient and just install it all one by one? if so which ones would you recommend? i definitely want the unp + smphdt and legendary bikinis, along with the half dragon race, spell mods, lorkhan and immersive sounds compendium. other than those there's quite a few i should have from the beginning

Are you making a new game and doing alright, then saving and going to desktop, then coming back and the game crashing every time you load a save? Because that's been happening to me since this morning.
