my game keeps crashing randomly - NEED HELP

i crash randomly and i dont know whats going on need help. crashes sometimes occur when im running around or sometimes in loading screens i have my mods and pc specs here as i dont know if the issue is with the mods or with my pc, i also use 4gb enabler so thats out of the question.
