armor is a big red triangle

hello everyone !

 

i have this little problem...

i tried to convert a UNP armor to a CBBE body

i followed this tut :

in nifskope everything looks alright

but in game i get this :

 

 

any idea why ?

That's actually an exclamation mark in a big red square box. Usually it comes up when the model doesn't exist. as for armor I have no clue since I gave up trying to make new armor myself.
