Sunshine Tidings, Lonely Chapel, Federal Supply Cache area CTD & Nuka-World Graphic Issues

Is anyone else experiencing CTD when going near Lonely Chapel, Sunshine Tidings Co-Op, Federal Supply Cache area? I feel like it's one of my mods is causing it. I list can be seen here: https://i.imgur.com/em29bdz.png and the load order here: https://i.imgur.com/ePSj4zV.png I thought I had figured it out when I managed to get to the Federal Supply Cache Cashe once without a CTD but now I'm experiencing it again. Any ideas?

Also, Nuka-World has been having some weird issues where objects would just become invisible and reappear rapidly.

Some Mods are having conflicts. nodotdotdot and keynuker. Maybe any UI related mods may have an issue. For me it was nodotdotdot.
