Controller board with av input

Is anyone aware of any controller boards/controller cards with av input? I've heard people on youtube mention them, but I can't seem to find any.

I know of female gender AV converters, that let you plug male AV into female ones on the motherboard. But I haven't ever seen AV themselves on a board.
