Full Combat Rebalance: NPC names aren't appearing

Before you ask, I didn't choose Minimal Interface when installing and I know I didn't because I have the full hud, I have Object Names checked and I push alt even when it is unchecked.

 

I know a few of you might not like those names, but I can't tell the people apart and without them it's a bit offputting.

To the best of my knowledge, the author of the Full Combat Rebalance mod doesn't read these forums.
