Error trying to get the file.

Good day my friends.

 

I decided to start a Fallout 4 modded game after playing Skyrim SE for awhile, and started bulk downloading mods. The downloads were going fine until the 30th mod, then every other mod I tried to download got the error (url is of course different for each mod):

I was hoping someone could help me with this error. I've seen a few topics already, but none of the fixes seemed to work. Other topics never reached a solution. I'd greatly appreciate any creative solutions anyone can offer.
