ZeroMugiwara
Hi, I've got this house mod i've been working on that is supposed to be accesible without loading cause it's not a normal house but more like an open house.I wanna place it in the tamrielworldspace so that you can see everything inside from outside. Now my problem is that it's almost finished but i've made everything in an interior cell while it should have been made in the tamrielworldspace on an existing landscape cell. That's going to be difficult- you can't actually merge or convert an interior to an exterior like that--all exterior cells are basically fixed in position (though maybe an island out to see a ways could conceivably be added). I think the only way you can do this easily is to pick a spot in Tamriel where you want it, and then select everything in your house, and right click, then "copy" it. Then paste it somewhere in Tamriel. You'll need a flat location for it, I think? So you may first need to use the landscape editor to flatten a spot big enough for your mod. If it's a wilderness cell generally it's considered okay to rename it, but if not...avoid doing that. Good luck with the mod, I hope you get it to work. Thanks for the reply I think i'm going to use the copy/paste method cause i just want everything on an existing exterior cell, but will everything stay in place when i do this ? The location in Tamriel is already ok.

The location in Tamriel is already ok. As long as everything is selected, yes it should stay in place; the only thing that might have trouble are any scripted items, if you have those. It depends on the scripts and what they're linked to. OF course, when you paste it in Tamriel it's rotation will be all strange, and it may be partially underground, so before de-selecting you will have to rotate it and/or adjust it's height on the z axis.
