Interior Shadows/Lighting Flickering

Hey guys, so I'm not that great a Skyrim modding by any means. I've been modding on an off for years with issues so I decided to follow a guide (the Ultimate Guide) and ended up with over 300+ mods for Oldrim. Somehow, for the first time in years I'm playing with a game that runs and looks great with no stability issues or crashes what so ever.

The ONE minor issue I've noticed so far had to do with the interior lighting/shadows mentioned in the title. The issue occurs in most interior cells but not all of them. In fact in some areas it's barely noticeable so I don't even think it's that big of a deal.

The issue is occasionally when I walk into a certain spot or look in a certain place of an interior the lights/shadows will flicker off until I look/move into a "better" spot.

This happens in several interiors throughout the game. It's not a constant annoying flicker, this "flicker" only occurs in certain spots of the cell and the shadows/lighting looks fine 95% of the time.

If I had to guess what could be causing the issue, I'd say Enhanced Lighting and FX, CoT Interiors or possibly Shadows? I've tried getting all the compatibility patches I can and messing with the load order to no avail.

As I said I'm kind of a novice to heavy modding, so thanks for any feedback on the issue in advance!
