Im done with the main quest but i cannot find a new black horse courier to save my life. Ive checked every npc that deals them, and they all say "only one per customer" now that i got one from each, but the ones i got were all generic. also checked the B.H.C. headquarters in the market district... but nothing. Can anyone P.M. me the "setstage" code to start it, or maybe the objectID for the black horse paper? or is there a trick to starting this quest?
