Is it possible to add a custom quest type?

Hi

 

Is it possible to add a custom quest type? Right now the list has Brotherhood of Steel, DLC01, DLC02, DLC03, Institute, Main Quest etc.

 

I've been searching around in various files, but have not found the info and guess it is either hard coded or I am a bit tired today ;)
