oHeXo Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Hi All, First time posting here. Have been a member of Beths forums for some time and loved the games since Morrowind. I have finally crossed over to the light side and bought a PC to play and mod Skyrim. However, seeing as I can mod in my own content now I don't intend to play vanilla Skyrim. I have had enough of settling for half compromises with the console (e.g. using the Orc sword as a short sword because its the shortest longsword aesthetically in the game). And so the reason for my post. Who do I have to pay/bribe or beg to have these two swords made? Scimitar - longsword Shortsword With regard to the Shortsword. I know its Sting from LOTR but I wanted a leaf-bladed shortsword and this is the best looking one I have seen (dagger if your Human, shortsword if your Hobbit. I would like it as a shortsword, about the same length as the vanilla war axes). Thanks!

Nico's gift About the shortsword/dagger, I'm not aware of a mod like that, but Isilmeriel has the best LOTR weapon collection on this site, so it's worth checking that one once in a while, mayby she will doe a STing! MightyZ0G Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 I'd love to see the Jaysus Swords as a replacer set so there were no more ugly vanilla weapons.it is one of my favourite mods and I couldn't play through the game without an ancient sword or Gungnir for my barbarian dragon slayer

They do indeed look awesome. Does it affect NPC's equipped weapons?
MightyZ0G Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 yes, NPCs will use the craftable weapons in the collection and followers will use what they are given.the named swords are unique and have to be found scattered or hidden around Skyrim.
