LE Modders Resource Request - Individual pieces of building kits

I think it'd be cool if there was a modding resource out there to split up all of the building kits for the option of creating your own unique build (especially for exteriors). I'd also be happy with someone pointing me in the right direction to do it myself too :thumbsup:
