Ondusi's unhinging works to maximum 60; Erkashi's Lock-splitter is up to 100 and the one to go for. However, I think the key to this door is in the locked chest in the adjoining room and I believe the key to that can be obtained at Tel Fyr somewhere without killing anyone. There's at least one key in the Wizard's room and IIRC he doesn't attack you for picking it up but I may have that wrong.
