Always Equal

GetActorValue

 

(throwing ForceActorValue out of the equation since thats something we should never do any way)

 

Does GetTotalActiveEffectMagnitude include all

buffs and debuffs applied to reference/player

including birth signs such as Steed giving player a buff

to speed?

 

Trying to wrap my head around

the 'common mistake' mentioned here.
