True but you are also the only living specimen that wont try to kill teh think tank and the only being that is capable of rational thought as well as apposable thumbs. You are of course the boss around the Think tank but your also(realistically) the least intellegent of the anybody else in the Think Tank(even Mobouis with his insanity still shows signs of great intellegence).

Plus you being there allows the think tank to try more biological based experiments so as to get an opinion on the side effects rather than just an insane moan. Besides its all in the name of Science with them (no matter how moranic some of the tests seem) so the would ask an outside opinion now and again.

Basically. Im saying all hell breaks lose in the Big Mt and Its basically you against an army of different problems.

As for why the Enclave is there(as if the need a reason to be assholes). I thought of what the scientests of the BigMT was working on and how it would better the scattered Enclave. And then I thought of it. The enclave are a dying group that are in need of better weapons yes but weapons mean nothing if they dont have soldiers. What if they had unkillable soldiers. Like robots but not prone to shut down or malfunction. The enclave wish to use the Y-17 trauma override harness to make a group of invincable soldiers that can go on even after death.

True, actually. So they are after the Holigram tech. I was using the Harness idea because I thought that they would still need someone to wear the armor on the battlefield and if they could convert the tect to power armor they were set.

Hell they could also be after the gene splicing or cloning machine mentioned to bring back Frank Horrigan or other Fallen Enclave soldiers. There is so much to play with if they see the Think Tank as a way to revive what they lost and make The Enclave the Equvilant of The NCR or the Legion. To make them a force once again.

Hell with the Zani-ness of OWB we can take some of the worst movies known to man and work around them to make quests.

You would just need to work around the story and make it have sense. I picked out some bad movies Ive seen over the years and specifically took to sci fi(Its OWB) and could see some potiential. I have given the trialers if you dont know the movies. Or feel free to watch them yourselves. I dont like these films for my own opinion.

Only one i could think of converting to a quest was Bicentennial Man. And that bothered on Disturbing. I started writing it earlier today and came up with three quests but after I took a rest and read over it it came off more as something disturbing and questionable.

Anyways You guys get the idea. I think I said before that OWB kinda draws a lot of its charm from the old B Movies and Sci fi so in keeping with that its seems more a part of the DLC rather than a quest we know is a mod.

If movies arnt your thing. Look up some sci fi books or comics.

Id recomment P. K Dick or Frank Herbert as they are responsible for some of the best of the best (Once again my opinion.

A new version of Trauma harness should be added to a suit of custom power armor or a unique Stealth suit. Would it be possible to make/script/whatever the new Trauma harness suit to take over the Player Character's combat control and replace them with an A.I. in-game so they function as they should, keeping the wearer going after death? It would be sweet if you could run out of health (or below like 15%) and the suits AI would take over player movement and combat controls (only with equipped weapon) and fight for you while it regenerates your health? Just an idea, but based off of my own troubled modding experience it still seems neigh on impossible. Or am I completely wrong and it IS feasible...

Just had a thought on the challenges you mentioned needing for the YO research facility, devin, I see multiple possibilities and/or layers of challenges for this:

 

1) Some type of the biological experiments creature has moved into the facility since the collapse, perhaps some Cazadores or some type of nasty ant, and you have to clear them out before moving on to...

 

2) Needing to do some scrounging to restore the facilities power and mainframe, which leads into...

 

3) One (or more) of the machines was set for a test, building small combat bots (perhaps walking eyes/flying eyes), just before the accident; and the player must find the correct setting/controls/authorization card to stop the test, or disable the machines doing the test (leaving them unrepairable). Otherwise more will continue spawning from the machine(s).
