Secunder Island is a small city on an island off the coast of the Summerset Isles. The city was built in secret by the High King of Skyrim before he was killed by Ulfric Stormcloak.

 

The city is run by its own guard system. Secunder Island is home to a new guild, The Rangers Guild and an old guild, The Dark Brotherhood. Secunder Island is home to around 70 new NPC's. The buildings include:

• A General Store
  
• A Blacksmith
  
• A Castle
  
• A Mine
  
• An Inn
  
• A Temple
  

 

The Player will be able to enter and exit the island at will via a boat that you can find at the Solitude Docks.

 

You will become the Jarl of Secunder island when you do a quest for the steward.

 

This mod will be a WIP for a long time and want to have the BETA release up by the end of July.
