Maybe one of the shacks with a large hidden basement, inside of which is maybe a small Dwemer boiler in the corner (going tapokety tapokety) while elsewhere in the room is several stills for makin' Skooma! :pirate: Add a couple of Big Burly (lvl 70-ish) Thugs outside and make the grisly old dude inside ... :woot: your uncle! ... Get a 100g a day/visit payment, once you find the place and give old Uncle Louie a hug ... Pay off some guards at the nearby town ... do some 'quiet like' deals with a few ships captains ... have the random orc/elf/argonians selling ... Ahem ...
