Mods for a restart

Hi guys,

 

first of all, I'm a german and I hope that my english will be good enough for a conversation here. :-P

 

Ok, let's go:

I wanna start over new with Skyrim and I'm now looking for MustHave Mods.

 

I just used some mods earlier and I don't know if they're still state of the art, or if there is something better right now.

 

I'm looking for everything that makes that perfect game much more perfect, sounds, graphics, weapons, whatever... So, let's go, what should I install? Is there a list somewhere?
