talrtist87
Hey Everyone, First time posting and hoping to get a little help. I am in the process of creating my new mod list and ran into an issue I'm not quite sure how to resolve. I have merged some weapons mods using the merge plugins script and named it Weapons Merged. This merge plugin include Lore Weapons Expansion. When I tried to change the file header for MLU - Lore weapons expansion to my new merged plugin I get level list errors that can't be resolved. I was able to do this with other mlu patches with no problem but this one appears to be acting different. Don't know what to do at this point as I want to be able to merge all the mlu plugins that i have. Any help is appreciated.
QuagaarWarrior
Is the Lore weapon Expansion - MLU patch included in your merge? Your merge should include the mods you wish to merge plus any mods that depend on those mods as masters.I believe that you can create a bashed patch just for these merge mods and include it inside your merge. Ive never done it myself though. I also dont know what happens if you just use a smashed patch in these circumstances and whether this would solve the issues you are having
talrtist87
As of right now I have most of the MLU patches merged into a single plugin. The only ones I do not are the patches for Unique Uniques and Lore Weapon Expansion which are stand alone plugins right now because I could merge them because of the errors. The level list issue did not occur when I changed the master in the file header for say MLU - Zim's Immersive Artifacts. Everything worked fine on that. Just not sure why I am receiving errors on the others when I did the same process. I am not the most familiar with Mator Smash or Wrye Bash so not sure how I can use those to solve my issue. QuagaarWarrior
If you have merged mods that patches depend on and haven't included those patches in your merge then you will encounter problems. If you go on YouTube and look for the tutorial video for Merge Plugins posted by Gamerpoets he does a good job of explaining this
