Black Screen when saving

Everytime i save the game the screen goes black and it acts like it exits fullscreen mode. I can still hear the game running in the backround and hear me pause and unpause the game but no visuals. i have to shut it down in task manager and restart the game. i have about 60 mods installed with 55 plugins total, using truevision enb. I do have the skse memory patch installed with crash fixes as well. if i remove one plugin, doesnt matter which one it will hesitate when i save but it wont blackscreen. it does it on fresh saves as well right after character creation.
