Fangrim - Formal warning issued

Fangrim has received a formal warning. This user has now received 2 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of a mod containing assets/music files of another game in substantial length without (providing) the original artist’s/right holder’s permission.

 

Content of this mod (removed):

11 music tracks in all of another game, Fallout and Fallout 2, in a length between 03:15 and 03:58 minutes, ported to Fallout 4 without providing permission as mentioned above.

Formal Warning 12 December 2015 for uploading copyrighted audio to the fallout 4 file database with the mod Radio Freedom Ambient Atmospheric PSX Doom Edition.

The user ignored potential copyright/permission issues concerning Ambient Fallout 1 and 2 Minutemen Radio Freedom in relation to the previously removed mod and the according formal warning.

 

They had the option to remove this mod or to obtain the according and required permissions before being detected or moderated. They have used neither of them.
