Cell disappeared.

TLDR AT BOTTOM.

 

I'm completely new at modding, read a few guides, watched a few videos and I've been messing around for about a half a week. I haven't ran into any real problems, besides lack of knowledge, but tonight I ran into a huge problem like it was a brick wall. I was working on my second mod, if you can call it a mod. I made a personal house/castle already with no problems. I was working on a dungeon using the Nordic dungeon kit. I was having no problems at all, had the interior cell pretty much done, had the exterior parts set up. I had the doors linked for entering the interior dungeon from the outside world. I NavMesh'ed it, I had a few mobs in it. I was able to enter it with no problems. I constantly check my work, I entered the dungeon many times without a single error. Anyway, I saved my work, exited the CK, left for a bit, came back and loaded up my files in the CK, made a few slight changed in the interior cell, saved my work and went to check it in-game. I opened up Skyrim, fast traveled to my dungeon, went to enter and nothing happened. The door opened a bit, the text that shows when hovering over the door said "Open" instead of closed but I didn't port into my dungeon. I tried restarting game and same thing happened. I exited Skyrim, went back into CK and my interior cell is just gone. The exterior is still there but no interior. I'm so confused and frustrated x.x Long story short, what could cause this? Did I do something wrong without even realizing? I'm curious because I'd like to avoid doing it again, if anyone can think of something I might have done.

 

TLDR: I had the exterior and interior doors of a dungeon set up just fine. I entered the dungeon, going in and out, several times in game with no problems. I saved my work, left my PC for a few, came back, loaded up CK and my files, made a few minor adjustments in the interior cell, which didn't involve the door leading to the outside world, saved work and loaded Skyrim. Went to dungeon and couldn't enter, after checking a few things, I noticed my interior cell was completely gone. Exterior works of the dungeon are still there, but can't enter dungeon since interior cell is gone. Any idea how or why this happened? Thanks.
