Trampoline Terrain.

I've been having this nasty little bug in certain areas where the terrain will turn into a trampoline for my guy. He literally bounces across the terrain and sometimes falls into it, and enemies or objects on that terrain don't work - ie: I won't be able to enter a dungeon.

 

Also have a glitch with the water that isn't a huge deal, but it's more visually incorrect at times - like my character's foot steps not showing up in the water, etc. I did tweak the reflections for the water at one time, but I reset them back to 0, so I'm not sure that should be a problem?

 

Anyone else had any experience with these bugs or graphics glitches? I can get pics if needed.
