Two-Handed Spells With Weapons

Hi, I'm relatively new to modding so I'm not exactly sure if this can be done or not, but is there any way to make one weapon where, even with it equipped it would still be possible to cast two-handed spells (like the Master level spells). I'm not talking about dual casting two different one-handed spells while also holding a weapon, just one two-handed spell. I just want to know if it's possible to say, make one weapon, and only that one weapon, override the need of the second hand for casting. I don't want to change all of the master level spells to one-handed permanently, just when I have this hypothetical weapon equipped. This way I could still use the weapon as a sword, but I'd also be able to cast something like Fire Storm without unequipping it.

Iiiiii don't think that's really possible. My mod adds a handful of spells that can be used regardless of what's in your hands, though.
